WE'VE PAVED THE WAY FOR YOU!

The world of transportation, logistics, and supply chain is evolving faster than ever, driven by emerging technologies, global economic shifts, the energy transition, geopolitics challenges, just-in-time delivery, changing lifestyles, and fluctuating consumer demands.

In late 2024, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine released their report, "Critical Issues in Transportation for 2024 and Beyond." The challenges are many, urgent and seriously critical.

At Digital Transformation Leaders, we responded with actionable solutions to these urgent challenges through our own transportation industry-focused report:
"Harnessing Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence for Solving Challenges and Sustaining the Transport Industry."

We are delighted to collaborate with Sam Houston State University and The Institute for Homeland Security who are committed to supporting small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) in the transportation sector to help solve these critical issues.

Together, we developed a focused and actionable sub-report for SMBs:
"Leveraging Digital Transformation & AI in the Transport Industry : Solving Economic and Global Competitiveness Challenges."

Now is the time to take action, lead, and define a new vision. Whether you are about to begin innovating or have already started, we are here to support you on your path to success.

Marginal AI Efficiency Put Your Business At High Risk!

One key insight from our report "Harnessing Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence for Solving Challenges & Sustaining The Transport Industry":

"AI and digital transformation hold massive success potential, but, like the early electricity revolution, businesses are missing 80% of the opportunity. Most gain only marginal benefits because they confuse technology implementation with complete digital transformation."

This distinction is critical. Factories lost over three decades of production efficiency because of that same confusion and trendy innovation in the early 19th and 20th century. You don't want to fall in that trap today.

While the reports guide leaders to make changes, we know that before diving into technology leaders need some primary things: transformative vision and digital business models.

That’s why we offer this powerful online workshop designed to help leaders define the essence of their future success. Crafting a smart vision & digital business models for their businesses.
